Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • First Time Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can complete the required consultation forms. This paperwork is crucial to ensuring that you will receive the correct treatment for your skin.  This paperwork is required to receive a service. We want you to receive your full service and do not want the time to complete the paperwork to cut into your actual service time.

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. Future appointments will require pre-paid services.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Pre-paid services and Gift Certificates

There are no refunds on pre-paid services or gift certificates.  There are no expiration dates on pre-paid services or gift certificates but we  appreciate your taking advantage of those services within six months from date authorized.  Any discounted services may expire but the face value (amount paid) for the certificate will always be honored toward services or products based on the pre-paid service.
